South african leaf Tea with Green Apples

Principal Herb: South African Leaf/Vernonia amygdalina

Uses: Helps to lower cholesterol, blood pressure and uric acid. Also aids in clearing toxins and liver heat, and reducing fever.

Ingredients:

40 - 50 grams fresh leaves
3 green apples
1.5 litres water

Preparation:

  1. Wash all the ingredients and slice the apples (retain seeds and skin).

  2. Add all the ingredients into a pot and cook for 45 minutes.

  3. Can be stored in fridge and taken according to dosage below.

Dosage:

300 ml - on alternate days.

Note : Patient who use if weak, cold stomach, low blood, hands feet numb, skinny and those who easily dizzy NEEDS to use small dosage.

南非叶青苹果茶

药用叶子。以下药方能降胆固醇,降血压,降尿酸,排毒退热和抑制肝火,乃三高良茶:

材料:
40-45 克 南非叶鲜品
3 个 青苹果
1500 毫升 水

作法:
1. 南非叶洗净
2. 青苹果洗净,连皮带核切片
3. 所有材料放进锅内煮 45 分钟即可
4. 茶可存放在冰箱根据服用次数饮用

服用次数:
患者每隔一天喝 300 毫升

注意事项:体弱、胃寒、贫血、手足麻痹、瘦弱及易头晕者宜小剂量使用。
