Steeped Curry Leaves Tea

Principal Herb: Curry Leaf/Murraya koenigii

Uses: Helps to lower blood cholesterol.

Ingredients:

3 stalks of fresh big curry leaves or 5 stalks of small curry leaves
1 cup water

Preparation:

  1. Morning, wash the curry leaves and put them into a ceramic cup.

  2. Pour boiling water into the glass and let it steep for 10 - 15 minute

Dosage:

5 times weekly.

Patients may go for checkup to know results. A person on western cholesterol medicine for periods of time can worsen in heart, liver and kidneys functions.

咖喱叶茶 (焖)

咖喱叶药用枝与叶。

以下药方可降低胆固醇:

材料:
3 枝 大咖喱叶或5 枝 小咖喱叶鲜品
1 杯 水

作法:
1. 早上,咖喱叶洗净放入瓷杯里
2. 水烧开后冲入杯内焖10至15分钟即可

服用次数:
每星期5次

患者可以去检查以了解结果。

长期服用西药胆固醇药物的人可能会导致心脏、肝脏和肾脏功能恶化。
